BP Igqagqa Section Tembisa

Good day,

I am writing to talk about a recent visit to the BP Service Station in Gqagqa Section, Tembisa(03.11.2022 16:09PM SSAT). I want to express my disappointment with the service I received. I approached the PnP Express Kiosk to purchase a packet of cigarette only to be met with the outmost disrespect and impolite customer service from a cashier named THATO MOSANE. She pointed out the mutilated nature of my bank note which I was glad to replace with a better one since I had just withdrew from one of the ATMs at your station.

It was her mannerist and condesanding tone coupled with her hysterical laughter that could shake a room which led to me to asking for the Dealer Representative on-duty (Gideon Maseko) to resolve the matter. I am glad he witnessed her continued unprofessional behaviour in front of her superior.

As organisations that conform to the Consumer Protection Act, I would greatly appreciate it if there could be consequences for THATO MOSANE’s actions (who is adamant that my complaint will not bear any fruits) as this kind of rude and unprofessional conduct could be harmful to both the Pick n Pay and the British Petroleum brands.

Kind Regards Samuel Khoza
