BP garage :William Nicol
I have a bad experience with BP garage car wash in William Nicol, i keep losing things and when i go and complain am being told stories. I 1st lost AUX cable i let it slide, then sun glasses when i went to tell them i was told i should came the next day, fine! Now USB(MEMORY STICK) is ****** from my car and am being taken from pillar to post, the called Chad is telling me what is his staff going to do with the USB quite frankly i feel insulted as if am making up this thing and am sure that Aaron took my USB because the last time i saw it i was in that car wash and he was the one cleaning my car. This has to be put to an end i can't be losing things and nothing is done!

28 Jan 2020, 20:26It was on the 22nd of December and went back on the 23rd of December. The staff knows me i have been doing up and down to that garage the last time I was there the manager made a funny response and said i will get the owner to call you when he comes back on Monday because his in DBN. And the slips they take them when you take ur car.
