BP Garage Spes Bona worst service ever!

Yesterday at the BP Garage in paarl Spes Bona to be exact i experienced the most tragic service and was left in a state. I waited for my turn at a pump of which by the looks of thing the garage was not really busy, the attendants had moved from car to ccar without taking note of my presence until i had to hoot to get their attention. I parked for a good 25 minutes while cars that came after myself was assisted, the attended eventually came to my vehicle but he was uttering words. I asked the other one who helped a car after mine if he did not see me he rep**** but continued helping the car, the one that eventually came shouted "can you just unlock your car" i asked him why he would take so long while he was the one who knew when i came because he assisted a car next to my one. Both the attendants were at this point shouting at me, i then had to raise my voice to the one that was not even assisting me. The attendant was done and with a loud voice said to the others in Afrikaans "guys we will never help that car again" pointing at me. Is that treatment in their policy? do they help customers by who they choose to help or is it who was first at a pump?
