BP garage Soweto highway motors - pathetic service

On Thursday 02 January 2025, while driving, i noticed that the pressure on one of my tyres was low so I drove to the nearest filling station (garage) which was a BP garage on Soweto Highway. The attendant who assisted me, by the name of Thomas, blew up my tyre - it literally burst and they were quick to tell me it's not their fault and I must see to finish. No one assisted me after the incident, no one cared. They just left me there on my own. My car has run flat tyres and no spare wheel & the tyre that Thomas burst was beyond repair, it couldn't be salvaged. I had to make arrangements to purchase a new tyre so I could drive home. What a way to start my year! Stay away from this garage people, such pathetic customer service, I'm beyond disgusted.
