BP Garage orange Grove bad service

My experience at BP Garage Orange Grove on Louis Botha was horrible. I waited very long until I was attended to, then the petrol attendant named Henry tried to force open my petrol cap with a spaner or tool when I tried to tell him to take the key. There are after he moved on to spilling so much petrol on the floor and claimed that I did not tell him it had an air lock. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER and I was told his not around and that they have other customers waiting. They felt no sense of remorse whatsoever. I was extremely disappointed at the service I received and need to be refunded for the petrol that spilled.
