BP Garage Meadowlans next to Mzimhlophe

What a terrible service we received on the 16/05/2020 midday. We went to the garage hope to be assisted then Go. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The petrol attendant ( Mandla) assisted us and our card DID NOT decline nor message but said remove card. Well we did not argue but needed an explanation on how it happened that It didn't go through as it didn't even said declined? That was it. He then failed to answer us and decided to call his supervisor on duty. 1. NO manners, and untidy. 2. Very aggressive 3. Took advantage cause we were only females in the car. 4. Shouting in front of other customers and was very impatient.

His, exactly words" Yey bosisi ningazositshela kudala sisebenza la thina" Meaning We not gonna tell him what to do he's been working for BP a long time. Why did you hold the speed point? We didn't mind swiping the card again the only problem was the stinking attitude we received from this so call MANAGER. BP needs to know about this. The staff from that filling station are not trained on how to treat customers and very RUDE.
