BP Garage Ebony Park

I have been experiencing bad service from BP Garage at Ebony Park. The staff is there but they don't attend any vehicle. they take their own time. I have spent more than 15 minutes waiting to be attended and the attendants were there doing nothing but talking amongst themselves. or was it lunch time for them? This sort of service has been going on for more than a year. BP should hire people who love their job, not those that need the job.
