BP Garage Attendant Disrespectful

I received the most hurtful service this morning at BP Beyers Randburg. I stopped nicely at the tank got a gentleman to attend to me, he stopped at my driver's side window and I asked him to go to the other side as this window and door were involved in an accident and don't open, he insisted on talking and decided to open the door forcefully, this is when he was able to see that the door does not work, I asked him if he was going to apologize, he ignored me. I asked for his name and he gladly gave it to me.
