BP Garage and Pick n Pay and Vuse I want my MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!

I bought a Vuse Go on the 5th of April at BP Garage (Pick n Pay) Teanong Tembisa. I get home and the vape is making gurgling sounds (sshhhhh) as if it's burning inside after a few drags the vuse was out. I bought another one today and the same thing happened. The vape usually lasts me a 2/3 days because I only smoke it at night.

When I told the cashier about this she said they won't be able to help me because I already smoked it (I mean duh). Smoking is already an expensive habit so I refuse to be ********** like this. I know they know about the factory fault because the price of the vuse went down by R20 and now it makes sense why.

They need to replace my the 2 vapes that I bought or I want my money back!!!!!
