BP fuel not registering

I need assistance. I went to BP Val de grade this morning around 8am to pour fuel. To my surprise it never registered and I queried with yhe manager who just looked at me and said nothing, was not even willing to assist. The petrol attendant told me it will pick up...got to work my car is on 0. I called them and they gave a wrong number for BP told me that yhey cannot help me. I'm now stuck at work with no fuel ...how will I get home. Been on the call for 25 mibutes no answer just the machine apologizing for novresponce. Can someone from BP please assist
