BP franchise totally terrible unsafe condition and danger to us

I want to complain about BP as a franchise how you they manage and run their franchises, have you guys taken into consideration the residence around. We are now hearing from the municipality that our home is a health hazard to the BP garage. How are we the hazard so why did you guys grant the franchise if a residence is a hazard to a petrol station. What health inspections has been done to your franchises. Have you'll looked at conditions but clearly in our case clearly some bribe is being taken cause how did you'll agree to garage to be so close to our home and in such a condition. We spoke to owner countless times and hoping something would change but nothing at all. Than hoping when you guys done inspections you guys would see all the faults but clearly you guys have accepted it all cause its a business that keeps the name going .I have even asked the municipality to show us plans on how the garage was approved to be standing next to and attached to a boundary wall between us . Its sad no one will give us answers. Everyone is clearly all running under something, cause no way inspectors who are true to their jobs would agree to the condition or the way this garage is so close. Tomorrow if their was a explosion at the garage what safety do we have a residence cause of being so close to a garage.
