BP- El Corro

There is a faulty pump that just spilled a couple of litres of petrol down the side of my car and that I had to pay for because there was no manager on site to resolve the matter (and if I don't pay the full amount it becomes the petrol attendants problem). The whole floor was covered in spilled fuel but still the pump will stay open and not one person on site will think to close it and arrange to have it repaired. Never have I a had such a tantrum in public. Everyone is very happy to pull up their shoulders and tell me that they can't assist with the problem but they are all aware of the problem. If I could negative rate this establishment I would have done so.
