BP coupons purchased through VodaBucks Store

Vodacom came back with a response stating that they only provide a platform for companies to sell their coupons re the below enquiry (VodaBucks Store coupons issues):

VodaBucks Store coupons issues VodaBucks BP coupons is a sham, visited 4 different BP service stations where i was told that they do not take coupons and are not aware of the relationship and new processes as their machines are not equipped to take coupons. I then decided to log an enquiry with Vodacom and was posted from one call centre to the other, with minimal assistance. From BP side of things, the Supervisor from Sinoville fuel station told me that we is willing to deal with coupons at that moment, i should get their head office and Vodacom to send him an email and come back the next morning, what a service....

@BP, can you please advise as to what should we do with your coupons while you are still sorting out your house, tried reaching out through your call centre with minimal luck. Also let us know when you are ready to consume your vouchers
