BP CARD MACHINES

Bp is running a promotion when you fill up with them four times in a row you get a little toy car, only problem is their card readers does not read the PNP smartshopper card. I have been emailing them non stop and I still do not have a resolution.

I filled up 5 times only received 2 sms because their card readers only 'read' my card twice... Once again I raise the question why should I use BP if their machines does not read the smart shopper I have e-mailed BP as well as PNP and had no luck in sorting out the problem. BP can see exactly how many times I filled up because their loyalty card was swiped each time, they are aware of the problem and still I do not have my little toy car I could have had 2 already.

I suppose it's a win for Engen I will not use BP again.
