BP Bromhof attendant spilled petrol and management doesnt care.

On the 6th Aug 2018, I went to fill up my vehicle at BP Bromhof. The petrol attendant put the pump on full, and was not controlling it. When my vehicle tank got full , about 1-2 litres of petrol overflowed out of the tank, before the pump stopped. The petrol attendant said it is not his fault, it is my cars fault. When i called the manager to explain the situation and show him the leaked petrol on the floor, he did not seem to care about it at all, and when I asked him who is going to pay for the spilled petrol that the attendant spilled , he did not seem to care. or worry, and he was happy for me to complain to Head office. So i wrote a complaint to Head office. Guess what? no response from head office. Obviously they dont care either. It is disgusting that a petrol attendant can spill 1- 2litres and the customer must pay for it.
