BP BLOCK XX SOSHANGUVE COMPLEX WILD BEAN IS TRASH

Wild bean BP garage at Thorn tree view complex in Soshanguve Block XX used to be my favorite until today 16 October 2021 when an employee by the name of Lebogang Maribatse insulted me just because I asked for assistance while she was laughing with her friends and told me she will serve me when she wants on her own time.....i didn't want to get in an argument with her and requested to see a Manager whom I was told they do not work on weekends but Tshepo said he was an Acting manager in their absence, honestly he tried to intervene and was told where to get of by the same employee and he was left helpless in front of me..... Iz this really how customers should be treated, iz this how people should behave in their work space during this trying times? I am so disappointed and will take this matter as far as it will be heard.... Imagine even other customers are used to this infuriating and ********* behavior just because they are helpless.... This is totally unacceptable.
