BP at William Nicol is the embodiment of GARBAGE!!!

Firstly, you have to wait more than 10 mins to get attended to, you literally have to find an attendant to assist you. The service is atrocious! no customer service etiquette at all! I was attended by Arron, his service was beyond trash! Upon paying he stuck the card machine through the passenger window… I handed him my card and he “forced tapped” the transaction by tapping the card machine against my card. When I told him I NEVER GAVE HIM PERMISSION TO TAP MY CARD, he stated “just take your stuff” … and threw the receipt in my car! I requested the manager and was told the manager is on the way – with the manager not in sight, I went inside the store to confront the manager suddenly he is on the phone with Eskom. The till operators were not showing any customer service training nor complain resolution.

I am stunned at the lack of human decency in this place! IT MIGHT AS WELL BE SHUT DOWN!
