Be Warned and stop using BP Garage at Greenacres, next to Mcdonalds in Gqebera.

I went to BP Garage in Greenacres, next to Mcdonalds 3 weeks ago. I went there for a Car-wash. an Hour after left the Garage i discovered that my passenger window stopped working. The next day i went to them and i was told the carwash manager has left and they will pass the message. 2 days after, i called them and i was told i must come, i went and the manager wasnt there. I kept calling them as they were not calling me as they promised to contact me regarding my issue. I went again and i found the manager he saw the problem and i told him that the problem emanated from liquids, meaning they did not close my window the time they were washing the car and that affected and potentially damaged my window regulator. The manager said he will speak to the owner and revert back..I kept on calling until the carwash manager said, the owner said they can not be liable for the damage. I kept researching and the only cause is the water that penetrated through the window, hence the damage. Story short, i am left with the problem and the Garage owner is distancing them from the issue. I have to now fix my car at my own cost, and it's expensive. Be warned, stop using that garage because you will be left on your own when experiencing bad service from them. They are not customer centric, not empathy, nothing. I am sure i am not the only one experiencing such a very bad experience from this Garage. Be warned. I regret acquiring for their services, it's terrible.
