Bad treatment and service

It was around 21:00 when we passed at the station to buy electricity units and petrol. We arrived there, there was no one in sight. We waited for 10 minutes. We didn't leave because we know the station doesn't close. My husband got out of the car to buy electricity and ask for assistance with petrol. He found Matthew at the window and he told him 'can't you see that I am closed'. My husband got really angry and Lawrence came out laughing from the room they were sitting in. My husband asked Lawrence for the managers number to report Matthew. Lawrence refused. He came to the car to put in petrol. He gave us a bad service. As we were waiting for the petrol to fill, a white woman came to buy bread. To our surprise, Matthew sold it to her. My husband went to confront him because he had said he was closed. He gave my husband a bad attitude and he and Lawrence and another petrol attendant started laughing at us. We have been residence of fourways for 7 months and we always use that station. Your staff is friendly but these three we found today were a disgrace. Not only because they gave us bad service, but because they humiliated us and treated us like dogs.
