BAD STAFF SERVICE

I went to BP in Thabo Mbeki street today round 16:45 where I threw in R300 into my car on the way to pick up my son from school. While paying a black lady stopped with her BMW in between the pumps on the left side (where there is no parking, but a drive way) and I was not able to pass by her and the vehicle in front of me. I asked the attendant to please ask her to move her car so that I can pass. He ignored me and left to the office. As the lady got out of her car I hooted for less than a second to just get her attention. I then lifted my hands in a gesture suggesting \what are you doing?\". I did not use any other signs and was not rude. The attended then stopped to see what is happening. The lady shouted to me \"Why are you shouting you white B****!?\". ALL the attendees saw what happened and NONE attended to help me. I PAID for service and the petrol I brought from BP, but a lady stopping in a none parking spot gets to violate me while NO BP employees helped me, they rather watched me getting violated! HOW DOES THIS BECOME A RACIAL ISSUE AND NOBODY WOULD ASSIST ME?IS IT BECAUSE I WAS THE ONLY WHITE PERSON THERE? I will only speak about BP with other people discussing what happened"
