BAD SERVICE RECEIVED FROM THE STUFF: ELIAS AND KHUSELO

On the 29th of December of December at around 10 to 10:30 I went to BP garage in Tembisa, Teanong Centre to pour petrol. I requested for the full tank, asked the guy helping me to check the water and oil. He told me there is no oil on the car. I asked him to put it and check the water level. He even asked me how many litres must he put for oil and i said enough for the car to function. After the agreement I then went inside the express store to buy food. After then i withdrew money. When i went back to the car he has already closed the bonnet. I asked him if he poured oil and checked the water and he said everything is fine, he said he checked the oil again and its enough. Fine i left the outlet and went to work. On my way from work driving to Limpopo i started experiencing a slow down, the car started loosing power and there was smoke coming out the exhaust. I had to fight o swerve the car out of the road to avoid accidents. Now you can imagine that happens on a freeway and im all alone driving to Limpopo. I had to cancel my trip to home, call people to come and tow my car. Fine i finally got help and got to my place. In the morning of the 30th i called a mechanic to come and check my car and they confirmed that the top is damaged. I have to replace it. They also confirmed that there is no water and oil in the car. They also confirmed that the lid to close off the water pipe on the engine was not there. Now you can imagine the risk he has put my life into. I went to BP garage to lodge a complaint and was assisted by the supervisor there. I didnt get the name of the gentleman. He was professional in handling my query. He went to the manager to explain the whole story and they even viewed the footage. I had to wait there for over 2 hours without an explanation of what they are doing, The guy was called to go and view the footage as well. Then after the guy Khuselo and the supervisor came to talk to me and asked me to make an agreement on whats the next step. Khuselo also confirmed that he knows me and the reason why he hasnt put oil in my car is because there was no oil suitable for my car. Now why wouldnt he tell me that instead of lying and say the oil is fine. I refused to make an agreement that way and demanded to speak to the manager. The supervisor went back to the office and spent over 30 minutes there. I had to make noise for the guy to come out of his office. Now to mention that the so called manager Elias was very unprofessional and not so interested is an understatement. That guy doesn't have people s****s, he doesn't have management s****s. He is just useless njhe. Very sarcastic and very careless. I had to start over explaining my whole story after I have been there for hours with no help. He then told me he will look into the matter. I needed a confirmation in writing as i was doubting his level of thinking and his managerial s****s. We, both me and this Khuselo guy wrote our stories and he, Elias stamped those affidavits and promised to give me a call the same day. I waited all day, no call, no email correspondence. Now im left with no means of transport to work. I suffered all weekend having to hire taxify and all that to run errands. Do you understand the amount im spending doing all these. Getting to work requires me to call 2 taxify and take 2 taxis just going to work. Im talking about a single trip. Returning is another story as well. No feedback nothing and i have been calling since morning today and the useless guy is not even at the office. Im being asked to leave a message but nothing is done. After calling the head office and speak to Mordey she gave me assuarance that she will have this matter attended. I then called again at the BP garage and spoke to Ofentse who asked me to leave a message. I refused to leave a message and demanded that someone take over my query as this useless ***** doesnt see the urgency of this matter. He was then called and he said he is waiting for their insurance company to confirm how they are going to fix my car. I needed everythign in writting anf till now I havent recieved anything. This guy has all my details, My numbers and my email address and his excuse of not calling me is beacuse my phone wasnt going through, Really? so my email is not going through as well? Thats bull. I need something to be done. I need my car fixed and be compensated for all I went through. Family weekend cancelled, Im going through hell getting to work with no transport. I need a car to get to work while you fix thsi mess.
