Bad service from BP Southern Africa

I had a bad experience when they put petrol in my diesel car and took no responsibility! The manager told me plainly that they're not responsible. I contacted BP SA on social media and via email, it's been two weeks now since they said they will get back to me. Probably not going to make a difference but I will not use them ever again
