Bad service experience with car wash

I dropped of my car just after 07:00 to be washed. There were 1 car before me in the washing bay. On my return @7:52 my car was only washed, not even dried or cleaned on the inside. There was only 2 other cars in the bays of which one was finished and 2 persons was working on the other. <br> <br> There were at least 4 employees standing around non working on my car.<br> <br> I complained to the manager and asked for a refund as I had to leave for work, he refused and recommend that I come back later in the day for them to finish my car. <br> <br> So to sum my experience, they did not manage to wash my car in almost an hour and they want me to come back later in the day and waste another hour for them to do what they were supposed to do in the first place.
