Bad service ever at this garage.....

I habe never haf such a bad service at bp william nicole i asked the guy to put for me unleaded 95.... to my suprise he put unleaded 93. I always put my fuel at that garage, and to my suprise i don't know what made me check what he was putting in my car, i confronted him, and he showed no remorse at all to what he had done, and told me 95/93 os the same thing.... Hence never in my life have i put 93 in my car... After that i gave him my smart Shopper card for points was then again told it was offline.
