bad service ever

As we drive through this garage we notice that there were only three other drivers that were waiting to be served. So as usual we waited for our turn all of a sudden the the person who was supposed to be helping us decided not to help us and serve customers that has just arrived. I think that was not far at all after ten minutes of waiting . We had to leave cos we were not gonna get any help from them. It's so sad that people can treat you like that. I'm very disappointed shame
