Bad service

Writing this review with a very broken heart. I'm a loyal bp customer who fills petrol at bp garage only. I follow bp even on social media. I always participate on their competitions that they run. I recently played the spin and win competition which I have won but days later I received an sms stating that my prize forfeited. So disappointed indeed.
