Bad Service at Service station

<p>I went to BP at Pretorius street, next to Meulmed, wanting to fill my tank. I got there and there was only one car being attended to. I was surprised to see that I was not being given the attention by other petrol attendants. I waited for about 10 minutes, before someone came, walking as if he wasn't even at work. I informed the person of my disappointment with the service and he said to me," Thank you very much". I told him that was nothing to be thankful for. His reply was, "It's my pleasure hearing about your complaint. Do you want a receipt so that you can also have my name when you lodge a complaint?" I am very disappointed with the attitude that I got from this person. He later told me that his name is John. It is appalling how a person employed to render best customer service to people whom the business depend on, give such bad attitude. This is is their bread and butter and they give a bad name to the reset of the employees that give their best at all times</p>
