Bad service @ BP Meadowlands

Worst experience ever the petrol agents are slow, no customer service whatsoever. Got there at 17h05 I was behind some car at the filling pump stood there 5minutes n there was an open pump where I went n stood a further 15minutes till I hooted for assistance. It's the 4th of Feb n petrol is going up midnight more attendance should have been on standby .

I didn't even get an apology for waiting that long
