Bad Service and BAD attitude

Good day.I would hereby stretch my anger and frustration in regards to the BAD service myself and my wife received this morning from the arrogant and ******** personal in your Wild bean Cafe department at BP Twin Palms in Pretoria.My wife ordered 2 x Hot dog specials and 2 x Cuppa chino's.The person who served her took her time and eventually *****ed up the cuppa chino order by giving my wife 3 coffee's. My wife told her that this is not her order and she then gave her a SNOTTY look and started helping other customers.My wife stood there for half an hour without being helped. They did not even start with the hot dogs that she ordered.All the other customers were helped but my wife were ignored.I then went in to find out what is going on as it has taken half an hour. I came in and two police personal were placing their order but my wife was standing at the counter with a red face. I then asked what was going on and she said she is waiting for her order but she gets ignored. I was very angry at that moment and I told her that we must go and leave the order as is. The lady that served my wife gave me a very bad look and clicked her tong and shook her head. We left without being helped
