Bad service and attitude by Nyakiso at modderfontein road

I've complained about how I was treated by their attended at modderfontein fuel station Nyakiso who refused to help without saying anything, until I approached him, he then said i must go to the manager, while taking him a video he threatened to take my phone, I followed him to the office, the manager (Ocean) didn't bother to ask what happened, He just said he is sorry he will help me without even calling the guy to order so he can change attitude. The manager helped me but he didn't give me a slip, I didn't know the name of the garage and they requested me to check the slip while complaining. I complained on Twitter,facebook and this is my second time on hellopeter. They just asked for my number promised to call but this is a second week. I don't recommend anyone to go Np garage for fuel unless disparate or stuck in the middle of the road. It was actually my 1st attempt at Bp and their service is extremely bad. I will always rate and recommend engen and sasol. Even if I encounter problems manager always solve immediately and make sure I leave the station happy.
