bad service and attitude

It was around 21:05 when we went to the service station in fourways gardens to buy electricity and pour petrol. We got there and waited for 10 minutes. We didn't leave because we know that the station doesn't close. My husband went to buy electricity and ask for assistance with the petrol. He found Matthew. Matthew said to him 'don't you see that I am closed'. My husband got angry at the way Matthew responded. Lawrence came out from a room where they were sitting. My husband asked for the managers number so he can report Matthew. Lawrence refused and laughed at my husband. Lawrence came and poured petrol with a bad attitude towards us. As we were waiting for the petrol to fill, a woman came to buy bread. To our surprise Matthew sold it to her. My husband went to confront him as he had said he was closed. Matthew, Lawrence and another attendant started laughing at him. We have been residence of fourways for 7 months now and we always use this station. Your staff is friendly but the three we found today were a disgrace. Not only because they gave us a bad service, but because they humiliated us and treated us like dogs. Please look into this complaint.
