Bad service

Went to the petrol station on Wednesday evening. BP garage on William Nicole. I got there at 17:50 and three cars were served before me. When I asked what was happening, Elmon the petrol attendant told me there's nothing I can do to him and if I can't then I must just leave. I left the garage at about 18:10. I asked if that's the kind of service BP renders and he told me I must not tell him how to do his job and he carried on with what he was doing. When I threatened to report him to management he told me there's nothing they can do to him either.
