Bad service

Gooday sir /madam I had a problem on Monday 16/08/2021 at about 12 during the day I was on my way from home eastern cape Bizana going to Durban I filled up petrol at seaveiw BP Garage I gave petrol attended my bank card he told me the card Reversed money I gave him cash of 400 rand and I left .after -+ 16 minutes money was taken by garage from my account I contacted garage their number is not working I reported my complaint to Bp South Africa I spoke to the guy said is mackeil I gave all my details until now nothing happen
