bad service

i went to the garage to put in petrol and oil one petrol attendant did not put my oil cap back on my motor I drove all the way to Durbanville and on my way back home to athlone my car started smoking white smoke out of the exhaust. BP garage owner ERIC admitted to them causing the issue. I advised ERIC that im by no means in paying for the car to be assessed nor fixed. ERIC passed me on to his insurance person by the name of DANIE RADEMAN who completely *****ed me over telling me I can not speak to ERIC. I have made contact to the BP garage in salt river on numerous occasions and ERIC tells me he will check with DANIE and he will contact me back. this did not happen on 2 occasions when I do phone he is not there but when I drive past the service station his car is parked right outside. for a owner of a garage to be so childish is ridiculous. I would like my car fixed that's all so I can continue with my life!!!!

this is my second post about the same thing and no one calls back you ask me for a time and date to call but they do not !!!
