Bad service

I visited bp garage pick n pay express in soshanguve bb on the first of Jan the service there is pathetic and tellers are rude we got there the queue was long and slow water all over the floor and tills we asked one of the tellers if its possible to get someone to clean the area she responded rudely to us telling us we must call the cleaner we thought we didn't hear her properly and asked who is supposed to call the cleaner she responded rudely again said she doesn't know I have pictures to proof wat a mess it was then I went to the pick n pay and bp websites to complain it's been over 3 weeks no one responded to the complain shows how their service is horrible
