Bad service

I went to your Hyde Park branch tonight on the way home from work to fill up with petrol. Yet i couldn't get served. i waited for 5 mins and eventually drove off and filled up with R500 at the Caltex down the road. Why would you not ensure that you had enough attendants to man your pumps and give the service required. I will not be going back there again.
