Bad ongoing service

The appalling service we have been receiving at BP Garage in Hammarsdale is just never ending. THis morning in particular we waited for 10 minutes to be assisted, There were four car before us and only one attendant services all these cars. At one point one of the drivers got out of his car and took the tag from him and assisted himself and went back to pay and drove away and left us sitting there like idiots. Eventually he came to us and I asked him why was he working alone and he said there were actually two of them this morning, but he doesn't know where the other guy was. He said that its a normal ongoing problem that they are short-stuffed. When I called in about an hour later to speak to the manager I was told he was not in yet, but my complaints are valid and even they were waiting on their boss to give them a ago ahead to add more staff to the roster.

This bad service has been going on for far too long. One time I went to the garage at 1:30am and the place was dead, no one in sight. I hooted and eventually a guy came out of nowhere to assist me. He had no uniform on, no name tag and I didnt feel safe at all. That garage has become a dump of note. Sometimes you have random people filling petrol when it's peak time to assist the attendants. Some self service using the attendants tags. The whole place is a mess and unsafe.
