BAD management and forever out of stock

The management in this BP garage is horrible to put it mildly. 95 Unleaded patrol is forever out of stock. the staff is untrained and have bad manners and bad attitude all round. The other day the guy was smoking whilst pouring patrol on a car next to me. You actually have to wait atleast 10 minuttes on a off peak week day to get serviced. someone has to do someting.
