Bad customer service

Was so dissapointed with the service at the Mzimhlophe BP garage *Shortage of staff -we had to wait patiently qs attendants gave service but however the attendants got confused as to who needs to be attended next and people started complaining.instead of calmimg the situation they take out their frustrations on the customers and even swearing.
