Bad Customer Service
On Friday I went to the filling station at Mangalani at Chiawelo to refill the petrol on my brother's car. The guy called Mike (who is the petrol) attended was so rude. He filled the car with unleaded 93 and mixed it with unleaded 95 after i have complained about the mistake he has done.
I called the supervisor and he had nothing to say.
