Bad customer service at BP Pnp Midtown O***** Thambo drive

I had a very bad customer service at BP Pnp Midtown today the 12/12/2025. Was assisted by a cashier by the name of Elvis Sekitlanelo when my friend asked for a price check of an item that was not priced he said he dsnt know and we asked if he can scan for us bcz we wanted to buy the item and he said supervisor is not there, so my friend asked if he makes a mistake now wats gonna happen on his till he started to get chicky by saying must he now make a mistake by us so to prove a point and i said lets leave it. So i ask to pay for my items and he scans,dnt ask for smartshopper,dsnt offer plastic..till i gave it n asked for the plastic so eft machine takes long to display insert card and i ask him to check y its taking long he says wat for..i say im waiting to insert the card and he says so wat will i do bcz its the network. So i say to him ok let me leave the food then he said yes u can leave it n i left the store while he was saying im worth nothing , n that i think im better so my friend paid for the food and as he gave her the slip he says ubcan even call customer care.
