Bad customer service and low stock

The Service station in Mountain View, Pretoria frequently runs out of fuel and it is espeicially noted before fuel price changes (up or down). Several residents have voiced their dismay on Facebook. I have lodged personally several complaints by email to BP and have been met with silence. Clearly the brand and customer services is low on there list of concerns.
