Bad Bad Bad Bad Service

The service I received today 15 April 2022 at Alrode BP behind Manhattan Lofts, I got there it was a bit busy I waited to be assisted as I wanted to pour petrol on my left hand side there was a car being assisted then when the petrol attendant was finished with that car he went on the counter I believe he was paying for the car he just finished assisting, He then went on to chat with his colleague leaving me unattended another car came he then went to assist that car I came out of the car questioning how they work, he ignored me and continued helping the other car I then asked for a Supervisor , I have never been humiliated like that in my life nor my mother has never been humiliated like that by that Supervisor by the name of Errol instead of him resolving the issue at hand he went on made bad remarks called us poor he called me stupid , I was taking a video with my phone he went on to say he will take the phone and break it he tried to take the phone by force however I didn't not allow him can I please get help as this is not the kind of services they should be having I still have the video I want action taken against this Supervisor as he had no right to insult us we didn't want petrol on credit we were there to bug petrol.
