AVOID RAMSGATE BP GAS STATION

Nichols as du Plooy, a youngster, called me today, with a attitude, having a problem with me of laying a complaint at BP SA HEAD OFFICE. What is my problem? My problem Nichols as is,: 1-Because of your negligence, my car was severely damaged 2-I am a single 63 year old lady, pensioner now stranded because I have no car for a unconfirmed period. 3. My no-claim bonus for not claiming for couple of years is now down the drain because I had to claim. 4. Besides the trauma and damage to my car, I suffer inconvenience to a huge extend. 5. Refused to settle for a manual small Chevy Spark as I am used to an automatic 2.5 cylinder AUTOMATIC CAR. 6. When my insurance contacted to to contribute R 1500 to the R 6000, I as a pensioner have to cough up, you refused. I WILL SPREAD THE FACT THAT BP RAMSGATE IS A MOST DANGEROUS GAS STATION AND THAT THE PUBLIC should rather fill up at Sasol, Total, Shell or Engen or Caltex. 7. Nico&Vasti should get into BP SA, and claim their losses from them, NOT calling me. Asking what is my problem. Very unprofessional business etiquette. My problem is that BP Ramsgate said BP SA don't do their JOB. For months they have been e mailing BP SA, to come and do the maintenance that is BP SA's problem, NOT THEIRS. But they get NO RESPONSE FROM BP SA. Long story short U SUFFERED tremendous!!! Trauma&damage to my car because of a steel panel coming lose from a pillar between 2 pumps.
