AVOID BP-COMPETITION FAIL

BP is currently running a competition with a collectable car if you fill up or put fuel in 4 times ( >R600) using a smart shopper card. I did this and went out of my way ( using extra fuel) to find a BP. The competition is still running until 30 June but NO CARS available at BP's in Johannesburg North. Now BP, if you are trying to build brand loyalty - YOU HAVE FAILED.. I saw the whatsapp messages between a BP service station owner and your regional representative where customers are irate as there are no prizes and don't think you are covered by saying " while stocks last" - there is still a month to go and if you don't have stock , take the signage down otherwise you are willingly committing ***** and false advertising. I have called the regional representative- no response. I called customer care- they used the normal platitudes " I will escalate it and get back to you" , which needless to say , they didn't. I sent a message on your facebook messenger- no reply.
