An attended and manager shouting at clients

i would like to let people aware of the bad attitude my sister and I got from Thabile and Jane (who is the manager), they refused to assist us and shouted at us.they are ill mannered and have no idea what it means to give good service. I'm really unhappy with the service as that BP garage is the closest to my house. Please take them both on customer service training so they can learn about TCF.
