always out of stock of steak and kidney pies

Sent my husband at 7 o clock in the morning to purchase steak and kidney piess from our local BP Garage and they were already out of stock. About a month ago I got the same story at 2 o clock in the afternoon was told that they were baking them in about half an hours time couldn't wait so I paid for them and got my husband to fetch on his way to work, seems like the manager is not aware that when a product is on high demand you order extra of that particular product and make sure there Is sufficient available to meet the demand especially if you have pies on special on a friday.
