Advertising Standard Infringement

False / misleading adverti*****t/ marketing by BP service station in Selcourt Springs( used to Breswell & not sure what's the new name).There's banners outside station & attendants well clad in BP loyalty rewards t- shirt as marketing/ advertising rewards when one swipes both his BP rewards card & smartshopper card.Contrary to message per this banners and t- shirts, these cards not accepted which is surely a contravention of Advertising Stanndards authority.Station just does not walk the talk in that you can't market/ advertize something you do not offer????Even under previous ownership, raised same issue with BP SA that the rewards card machine in most times not working and complaint came to nothing as if they ever lodged any investigation to validate or dispute the claim, where was the transparency or update if this issue had been tackled and if proven true- what penalties were imposed???Instead lousy remedy they suggested was to furnish them with my fuel receipts??? How long if I may ask should I keep all my fuel refill receipts. In this age of technological advances,BP has all the tools to investigate & validate these claims & advise what remedies have been put in place & what penalties have been imposed for the infringement or misleading promos
