CONTAMINTAED FUEL AT BP SHEFFIELD GARAGE LENASIA SOUTH

On the 23rd March 2025 we filled petrol at the BP Sheffield garage in Lenasia south. As we departed from the garage entering Ennerdale the car switched off completely and didnt start at all. Puzzled upon what could be the problem, we assumed it was the battery. Nonetheless the towing company came dropped off the vehicle at suzuki bassonia. They notified us upon investigation the problem was that the fuel was contaminated, and looks like mud. They gave us a sample and we went to the BP Sheffield garage to complain. They gave us document to fill to compensate the fees involved in all this, with us issuing them all invoices. Until date we have been sent from pillar to post whereby no one wants to assist us, we've been speaking to a Tshepiso who currently appears to be handling the matter at the BP Sheffield garage and a Mina at the head office BP garage. No one seems to know what is happening or whats their process in this matter or the way forward. We've been told Mina starts at 3pm shift and when we call she is never available or hasnt started work as yet. Sifiso is the same story his shift has not started iether. They have been giving us the run around with this pathetic service and unprofessionalism. This also appears not to be the first incident to occur there and they shield and hide away from taking accountability and responsibility for their services and are still filling clients vehicles with contaminated fuel. We have not seen the manager, no on had apologized or considered to assist us. Instead they keep saying the payment is approved on the system but no one knows who needs to pay us out between BP Sheffield garage or head office for the cost occurred in all this inconvenience. We are flabbergasted with the service thus far and request action to be taken immediately.
