Dirty, poor service slow staff

Service delivery there is up to .... very slow. I mean real slow. Today I was sent up and down from one pump to another. Always excuses. And this has been happening for the last 4 times now. I swipe my pnp card. I get no rewards. The store is up to a very very low standard, unimagineably filthy. And very little to no stock. Always a smell and ****roaches and ants on the floors and counters. The lady who I guess is tbe owner... so rude. Can't believe this is the service we get from a renown petrol station branch.
